• Mythic Yoga: The Story in the Body

Know Thy Self! Use dreams, myth, the body and personal storytelling for self-discovery and transformation! 

Each class features movement, yoga, contemplation and a different ancient Hindu or World myth that guides you through your body and your life's stages. Express yourself with movement, storytelling and memoir/poetry and create a Body Memoir.

• Mythic Yoga: Dream Work - Telling the Dream Story of the Body

Online class starts September 5 on Powhow. Use dream imagery and the body to discover personal story and healing.  Bring a dream you’ve had and would like to work with, a notebook, your body and your listening ears to journey within, bring awareness to personal stories and write new ones to create a Body Myth. Mythic Yoga classes are required for the Storytime Yoga® Teacher Certification.  Withdraw your projections to empower yourself and also so you don’t put them on the kids or others you work or live with!
